Important message from the office of Dr. Stuart Lerner.
In the next few weeks, we will be transitioning to a completely new medical record system, billing system, and patient portal.
Our goals are to provide better online scheduling, expedite prescriptions and referrals electronically, and provide a better, more streamlined patient experience for you.
With such a large change, there will undoubtedly be a learning curve for us in terms of making appointments, updating records, recording phone calls, and updating insurance information from the old system.
Please be patient as we learn the new system during the next 2 months.
Please feel free to continue coming to the office and make telehealth appointments as usual, but pardon us as things may take a little longer than usual to execute as we learn the intricacies of the new systems.
